One of my rental houses’s Bathroom got leaking issue.

It couldn’t be find out where exactly so I had to demo one by one until finding out. 😭

I even asked my tenants if they want to move out, but they love the house, and are super easy going couple, so we started this project….but it’s very hard to do this kind of job while the house is occupant because tenant can’t use the shower during the construction…

since it needs to repair, why not to do a little renovation !!!

So I changed the floor from old white tiles to the beachy looking life-proof top shelf vinyl floor✨

Last Summer, I decided to paint Kitchen Cabinet from dark brown to paint name called “Roman Column” (It’s the same unit where we had a bathroom issue this time)

Painter did excellent job

But I am super happy!!! I am glad I did.
