I baked little bitter coffee pudding ☕️🍮 the other day.

Caramel:

Granulated sugar 30g

Hot water 10ml

🍮

Pudding sauce:

Large egg x 3

Yolk x 1

Whole milk 500ml (80°C / 170°F)

Granulated sugar x 50g

Maple syrop x 30g

Vanilla beans or extract

Instant Coffee x 20-30g

160°C /320°F: 40min-45min

  7. Yum! Looks like a very nice pudding – easy and delicious.
    I luv the little pig paper holder; it is so sweet.
    Little mele mele continues to grow… Will you set her free eventually, or will she become a homebody bird?
    And how is Cappuccino? They can’t live forever. As much as we’d like them to! 😢

    1. Yes, I think 🍮pudding is one of the easiest baking desserts 🍮💓
      🐖paper towel holder is cute, isn’t it 🐖🐷💕😂
      Little mele mele… sometimes she makes unreal sounds ♫♪
      Amazingly beautiful noise. Usually when she’s like “let me go, leave me alone” kind situation though 🤣🥲
      So it’s only once or twice a day if you are lucky🐦♪♪
      Cappuccino is ok…

      she is Beautiful as usual, she eats moderate amount… I gained about 200g which means a lot to her.
      Here is her shots yesterday… I had a few girl friends came over for dinner the other night, all said she doesn’t look like she has very severe health issue at all… please pray for her .

      1. She is so beautiful, and she looks quite well – perhaps a little thin! 200g is a lot. Hopefully, she will continue to get and to feel better. I know it won’t be from lack of trying on your part; or lack of love! 💕 Prayers for her health.

      She eats better part of Sashimi than us every other day 🙂

      Glad to hear that you like my kitchen.
      I designed all kitchen layout and chose all cabinet, doors, finish, granites, appliances, sinks, faucets, backsplash’s, cabinet handles, lighting …etc everything
      but it’s not quite finished yet.
      Little baby bird 🐦 is getting stronger and stronger now 🤣🥰
