Mushroom Garlic Pasta

1, Garlic, Chili pepper & Extra Virgin Olive oil…
2, Add Mushroom
3, Add cooked pasta (little bit sea salt)
4, Bonito powder, little bit Soy Sauce (if you like) or Salt
5, Cilantro (or Basil, Green pepper, Broccoli, Kale …etc whatever you find in your fridge.)

I know this is way too much sugar for the breakfast… But I only allow myself when I had TWO Great surf sessions in the morning ๐โโ๏ธ๐
This morning, I surfed at 2 different surf points, caught many fun waves and FEEL like I paddled 3miles.

With at home I meant I didn’t move much, not much biking, not much walking. Used to I made longer trips to other places by bike. I move more now and we have lots of sun at the moment ๐ That is perfect for biking ๐
8:30 – that is early. When do you get up? I go to bed about 12 pm or 1 am ๐ Aloha ๐ธ
