But the “Roll Cake” is little difficult to me, sometimes,,, well so many times, I failed 😩😭

I learned… when I through a stick… do it One by One… then the bottom hearts will be like a top one ❤️😊

Not only heartbroken, but also big cracking the cake😱💔😭

But, again…you can always learn from mistakes.

I learned… lower the oven temperature / less time

You know what, even though it looks like this, it still tastes great, but I feel-down 😞

When I failed, I try again as soon as possible… so 2 days after…

Raspberry powder gives a cute baby pink 🐷💕

Once Raspberry-paste* is done, then mix with Fluffy Meringue 💕

Raspberry paste*: lemon&water half table spoon, add 1tea spoon Raspberry powder, mix well, then add clear oil 1tea spoon little by little… and then, add fine pastry flour 7-8g little by little…finally add fluffy meringue.

Awww makes me happy.
