Every year on March 3rd in Japan, we celebrate Hinamatsuri โ also known as Ohina-sama Doll Festival (Hinamatsuri) or Girl’s Day โ to wish and pray for the health and future happiness for all the young girls.

I am talking about its way lower temperature than the previous average in April here.
Usually, I wear a bikini only when I go morning & evening surfing in April, but still need wetsuits this year.
Yes, people in Hawaii are spoiled. we start to complain when the temperature gets lower than 70F!!!

I ‘surf’ or rather, Boogie Board. Injuries have intervened the past two years so I am eager for the water to warm a bit and get out there.
I’ve only seen vid of your surf. We do not get nice rollers or tubes. Our waves often tend to be double peaked and often confused, still, way better than a poke in the eye or sitting on the couch.
Someday I’ll get to Hawaii to sea kayak, sail and boogie board. ๐
